What is Spiritual Health and Spirituality

There are many definitions of spirituality and spiritual health. Depending on who defines it, spirituality can be almost anything one wants to make it be.

Personally, I like the following definition: "Spirituality is a sense of meaning and purpose, a sense of self and 'that which is greater than self'".

I am aware that what fills life with meaning and purpose can differ greatly from person to person. It is not my intention to impose on you my spiritual perspective, no matter how valuable I may feel it is. Rather, I would like to share with you some aspects of my spiritual journey, hoping they my be of use in yours.
